Welcome to the yayalala.com website (the “Website”). Yaya Lala Limited (“Yaya Lala”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the products and services available on the Website. Your use of this Website is governed by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

By using any part of this Website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions which forms a contract between you and us.

Please read them carefully.  They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Website.

The Website yayalala.com is owned and operated by Yaya Lala, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 8117060, having our registered office at 70 St James’s Lane, London N10 3RD, England.

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must

(i)be legally capable of entering into binding contracts, (ii)register to use the Website, (iii)be 18 years old or older, (iv)be the holder of a valid debit/credit card; and(v)You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects. If your personal information changes then please notify us immediately by updating your information through the prompts on the Website. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

We may not accept your order if (i)an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii)we are unable to obtain payment authorization (iii)we identify a product, pricing or description error. It is at Yaya Lala’s sole discretion to accept or reject your offer at any time.


PRICING AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

All prices and charges on the Website are shown in UK pounds sterling.  They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges.

All products displayed on our website are available while stocks last. Your web browser should automatically inform you when a product is out of stock. If, however in times of high demand, this does not happen, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We try to make images, product descriptions and specifications as accurate and helpful as possible. However, Yaya Lala takes no responsibility for any variation in colour or sizing caused by the browser software you are using. All our images, descriptions and specifications contained on our website are solely published to give our customers the most accurate description possible. Yaya Lala can take no responsibility for any third party advertisements or pop ups, which may cause errors on you browser whilst shopping, nor do we endorse them.


ADDITIONAL PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customers credit/debit card company. We shall not be responsible for any taxes including but not limited to importation taxes, sales taxes and/or additional charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.


MAKING A PURCHASE

When purchasing an item from yayalala.com you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps below:

1. Shop by browsing through our product categories.

2. Click on the image to access the item’s individual product page. This will allow you to see information regarding sizing, colour options, quantities and stock availability.

3. If you would like to purchase the product, click the ‘purchase’ button.

4. You can review the products in your shopping basket simply by clicking on the shopping basket icon. If you would like to delete an item click ‘remove’ next to the item and your shopping basket will automatically update.

5. To resume shopping click ‘continue shopping’ to be taken back to the store.

6. Once you are happy with the contents of your shopping bag click ‘place your order’ and follow the instructions.

7. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order and/or payment has not been authorized; this is the completion of the contract between yourself and yayalala.com.

Please note – once your order has been confirmed you will be unable to make any changes.


DELIVERY - UP TO 2.5KG

Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days (please contact us if you require urgent delivery) – if for any reason we are unable to do this we will contact you to explain what is happening and discuss how you would like to proceed. 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified at the time of your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than signed for at your address.

On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact us by email at hello@yayalala.com or by telephone on +44(0)20 32909298 quoting your order details and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.

Once you take delivery of the goods, all risk of damage to, or loss of the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

Most cases will require a signature on delivery.

Please note – If your order weighs more than 2.5kg (volumetric) and the cost of shipping your order exceeds our stated guide price it will be necessary for Yaya Lala to apply additional courier or postal charges to your account.

DELIVERY INFO FOR THE UK

We offer free next day delivery* in the UK.

* From the day of postage. Please contact us if you require urgent delivery and we will try to do everything we can to help you. Offer valid for a limited time only.


DELIVERY INFO FOR EUROPE

Charged at a flat rate of £10.00 for each order. Delivery times can vary but should usually be within 3 - 5 working days.


DELIVERY INFO FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD

Charged at a flat rate of £25.00 for each order. Delivery times can vary but should usually be within 5 – 10 working days.


IMPORT DUTY AND VAT FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THE EU

Goods dispatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where it is delivered. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. You are responsible for the payment of any additional charges for customs clearance.


CANCELLATIONS PROCEDURE

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.


PRIVATE POLICY

When purchasing goods from Yaya Lala we ask you to provide details such as name, address, email address and contact numbers. Yaya Lala will keep some of this information on record so we can recognize you as a customer the next time you contact us. We may use your details to send you information on new collections or special offers. By registering with Yaya Lala you agree to us using your details for these purposes. We never pass your personal details onto any third party.
