RETURNS

We hope you enjoy your purchase but should you decide to return an item, we offer a free return service (UK only, offer valid for a limited time only) on shoes and leather goods.


U K   F R E E   R E T U R N S   O N   S H O E S   A N D   L E A T H E R   G O O D S

To return leather goods (shoes and accessories), please follow these steps:

- All items must be returned within 7 (seven) working days following the delivery date in their original packaging. Please be advised that yayalala.com will not accept returned products that are sent without the original linen bag, the label and/or that have been altered from their original status, worn or damaged. In such cases, the item will be returned at a cost to the customer.

- Write an email to our customer services on hello@yayalala.com to arrange for a return of your product.

- We will send you an email with a return ticket and a prepaid label from UPS.

- You must print out the return ticket, your payment invoice and the UPS label.

- The return ticket and the invoice must be placed inside the package, and the UPS label has to be attached on the exterior of the package (be careful, if the label isn't visible on the package, it will be refused). The item must be complete, with the same package and with intact labels and seals (please use the same shipping box that you received the shoes in. Please contact customer services if your box cannot be used).

- You must plan an appointment with UPS so they can collect the item for free.

- When we receive the item a confirmation email will be sent to you.

- After checking the returned item(s) we will proceed with the exchange* or refund**. Yaya Lala retains the right to approve a returned item for an exchange or refund at our discretion.

* If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us by email on hello@yayalala.com or by phone on +44(0)2081442724 so that we can check stock availability. Please note postage costs will apply for exchanges.

** If you require a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item.

We offer free UK delivery for all orders at the moment. We also offer free UK returns on shoes and leather goods however, we are not able to offer free returns or exchange services on all products and for orders outside of the UK at this time.

Prints, stationery and small gift items must be received, in perfect condition, back to Yaya Lala within 7 days of order date for a full refund or exchange. Please return the relevant item(s) in an unused state with original packaging and the swing tags/labels still attached. Yaya Lala will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned at a cost to the customer.

Please complete the Returns Form provided with your purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s) and you will be responsible for the costs of the return (unless the item is faulty). We recommend that you return the goods via Recorded Delivery. We will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit back to us.

All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
