RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each pair of Yaya Lala’s handmade shoes is carefully prepared before reaching you.
They all come in our beautiful branded linen drawstring bag.
We hope you enjoy your purchase but should you decide to return an item, we offer a free return service.
SHOES must be returned within 7 (seven) working days following the delivery date in their original packaging. Please be advised that yayalala.com will not accept returned products that are sent without the original linen bag and/or that have been altered from their original status, worn or damaged. In such cases, the item will be returned at a cost to the customer.
Wrap your item using the original packaging and place the shoebox and the invoice in the envelope provided with the printed pre-paid label attached.
we use dhl as our main courrier. please choose from one of the 2 options:
drop the parcel at a dhl service point. find your closest dhl service point here.
call dhl to arrange a collection for free. find details here.
When we receive the item a confirmation email will be sent to you.
After checking the returned item(s) we will proceed with the exchange* or refund**. Yaya Lala retains the right to approve a returned item for an exchange or refund at our discretion.
* If you wish to exchange your item , please contact us by email on email@example.com so that we can check stock availability. Please note postage costs will apply for exchanges.
** If you require a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item.
